Policies and Information


Our goal is to ensure your stay with us is as enjoyable and memorable as possible. To help us provide a superior guest experience to everyone who stays with us, please review and adhere to the following policies.

Smoking


All Donna’s Premier Lodging accommodations are non-smoking. This includes all tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and similar devices, as well as the lighting, burning or combustion of any substance, including but not limited to incense and any plant material.  Non-compliant guests will be asked to leave without reimbursement and charged an extra fee.

Alcohol


Alcoholic beverages are allowed. Any stains to towels, bedding or carpet resulting from the consumption of alcohol will be charged accordingly. So that every guest can enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay, we ask that you enjoy adult beverages in moderation. Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave.

Cancellation for Overnight Stays and Add-ons


Due to our boutique-sized inn and the personal attention we offer every guest, your payment is your room reservation commitment. It is also our commitment to you that your room will be ready when you arrive, with all add-ons prepared as scheduled. 


Cancellations made up to two weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $100.00 fee. Applicable refunds will be processed within five to seven business days. A request to change the date/move a reservation or cancel a reservation less than two weeks before your arrival is considered non-refundable for the full amount of your stay, along with any add-ons.


If a gift card is being used for your stay, the value of the card will be retained to cover the cost of the reservation (if under two weeks prior to your scheduled stay) or $100.00 subtracted from the card, if cancellation is made two weeks or more before your scheduled stay.

Pets and Service Animals


Pets and/or ESAs are not allowed. If this policy is violated, there will be a $250.00 cleaning fee.  For the convenience of our guests, there is a kennel service nearby. Service animals that are under the ADA Title II and III are permitted with proper documentation. Please inform us of your documented service animal when making your reservation so we can plan accordingly for your stay.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 PM unless we are able to have the room ready prior to 3:00 PM. Guests will receive a text if room is ready prior to 3:00 PM
  • For guests looking for a traditional check-in, our front office is staffed until 3:00 PM for those that would like to check-in direct with one of our staff members.
  • Rooms are not guaranteed before 3:00 p.m.

Check-Out

  • Check-out is by 10:45 a.m.

Our goal is to provide a wonderful experience in the desirable location of Berlin, OH. Our inn's website can be navigated by using the tab key to traverse the elements of each page and by using the enter key to activate a highlighted link.

Structured, Semantic Markup


HTML heading tags are used to convey the document structure. Navigation menus are tagged as HTML maps so that the menu title can be read out, and the menu items are presented as a group.

Images Visibility


All content images include descriptive ALT attributes and all purely decorative graphics include null ALT attributes.
